I stayed there with my mother on March 7th thru the 10th. The only problem we had was with the front desk being so slow. We were standing there with luggage, pillows in hand and no one offered to help or at least give us a thing to put all of our luggage on. There was four of us and we were all woman trying to get to our room after driving six hours to get there. The front desk was extremly slow. I am not beyond handling things such as luggage, but after all that drive we were very tired. My mother who had the room in her name got upset because they would not take her debit card, even though they took it over the phone to reserve the room to begin with. So she had to come out of pocket and pay the $100.00 security deposit. Something she had saved for for awhile. She is only 73 and gets one check a month and that really upset her. Of course we did offer to pay that ourselves they should have told her that she would have to do that over the phone when she made the reservation.....Betty

Only stayed a few nights but the room was VERY clean. The bed nice and comfy and the bedding VERY clean. The bedspread was a tad on the heavy side and slid off the bed from time to time but I didn't lose any sleep. There was only a shower in our room which was HUGE and did get on the slippery side when used so be careful. *****LADIES***** I've stayed in my share of hotels and have never encountered water pressure so low...The water pressure here is TERRIBLE! I have long hair and a shower that would normally take me 10mins was double, if not more. So don't plan on a quick shower till they get things worked out. Biloxi looks better and the Hotel looks great. The restaurants in the hotel are decent and not too expensive, especially at 2am when your starving!

Originally called hotel directly to book stay, months in advance. Reservation person was very nice and guaranteed an ocean view room, at rate above travel website rates. Upon arrival, was told by indifferent desk staff, that ocean view was not available and could only give pool view, no other options. Room was still very nice, although disappointed about guaranteed room type. Especially enjoyed the large bathroom with TV and deep shower tub; room very clean and quiet, with HD TV. Buffet was only average. Casino and bar staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially Scott, Mike and female bar person...they went beyond what most personnel would do at any casino. Casino was small, but still did ok there. Overall, it was the personnel here that made the stay nice.

Have to beg for comps just to eat at an awful buffet. We played from 10 am until 7:30 pm and they didn't want to comp dinner. We threw down and lost over $500. during that time and I thought it was pretty bad I had to almost argue in order to get a free buffet that turned out to be terrible anyway. The tables look twenty years old...worn with cigarette burns. The casino was small and dirty. Over-all I'd say we were very disappointed.

The accounting department will illegally charge your credit card a week after your checkout. Remember to check your credit card statements.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, the bed spread was extremely heavy and could not be used. The main door to my room was falling off of the hinges. I contacted the hotel staff four times, and it was never fixed and no other options were offered.

The bathroom/shower was very nice. However, it was really dangerous to step out of the shower onto a wet tile floor as the step down was very high.

There were no other ammenities to the hotel. There was no informational book in the room. There was no business center, no indoor hot tub/pool and no laundry service.

The buffet was below average quality, but charged nearly $20 per person for dinner.

The rooms are very comfortable and loved the TV in the bathroom. The shower is awesome. The furnishings are the best ever.
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The buffet is excellent. I will always stay here whenever I am in Biloxi.
