We're thrilled you enjoyed your recent stay. Thank you for the kind review. To elaborate on your review and tips, new members do get a refund of their net slot losses from their first day of play only. The refund is in free slot play, not cash. The refund is provided on your second day of play so if you are Hotel guest this works out perfectly! There is a limit to the amount we refund. In addition to the new member offer, all players using their player’s card earn points and comps. Points can also be used for free slot play; comps can be used toward the purchase of meals or gift shop items. The amount of comps and points you earn is based on the amount you play using your Treasure Bay player’s card.

My husband and I had stayed here in 2008 as he enjoys a bit of gambling. On a recent trip we decided to stay once again at Treasure Bay. This was summer season so prices were higher than when we stayed in Sept. We had a room with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a small balcony. The rooms are quite nice and really beautiful bathrooms. On our prior visit our bath had a tub but this one had a walk-in shower. Beautiful dark wood and TV in bath! I would certainly stay here again. Probably the nicest bathroom we've ever had in a hotel! We ate at the hotel buffet as I loved the snow crab legs I had before. You will not be disappointed here.

Treasure Bay Casino Hotel was very nice....we loved the room and our bed was very comfortable! We had a great time at the pool and employees were great! The elevator is broken and our entire stay we did not see anyone even working to correct this problem. The one elevator in service only holds 8 passengers. We ended up taking the 7 flights of stairs on numerous occasions because of the long......wait! We will stay here again, however, it will only be after the repairs are made to the elevators!

Thank you for taking time to write your honest appraisal of our property. We are not simply having our elevators repaired, they are being completely replaced. The elevator that is currently in use is original equipment for our building which was built in the mid 60’s. The building (and the elevators) has survived two of the harshest hurricanes to hit the U.S. mainland (Camille in 1969 and Katrina in 2005). I am proud to say that the first of those completely new elevators will open in mid August; at that time we will close the second elevator and replace it with a proposed completion date of Thanksgiving of this year. The elevators are being replaced from inside the shaft so our guests would never see anyone working on them, even as a full-time employee here I only see the elevator team entering or exiting the shaft through the elevator doors. Needless to say construction only takes place 8 hours each day so as not to disturb hotel guests.

This was our first time to stay at this Hotel and we were worried due to all the reviews other people wrote. And for the most part they were wrong. The staff was very freindly, the rooms were great , very clean , beds are AWESOME!! The bathroom has a TV in it also my kids staied in there for the most of the time we were in the room. And i must say the pool is so relaxing. We will be going back no doubt about that!!!!!!!

Room Tip: try to get a room in the center of the hall way

Thank you for your recent review. We appreciate your positive feedback of our property. Like any other hotel or any other business occasionally a guest may have a bad experience with an employee or perhaps the food served at a venue being too spicy or not spicy enough to suit a guest’s needs. We are no exception to this rule; we strive to provide the best experience possible to all our guests. If a guest does have a negative experience then we simply ask to be told of the experience so that we can make amends. Thank you again for enjoying yourself and our product, we hope you’ll visit us again soon!

I have to agree with the review before me. There was really nothing negative about our stay. The room was large with a very soft and confortable bed. The bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower. It even had a tv by the toilet, so you could watch while you got ready to go out, or while relaxing on the throne. Loved everything about this place!
