Love love love this place!!! We had been by the pool and had late afternoon snacks so I needed to rest and clean up before dinner. Called the Hard Rock restaurant and they stay open really late so we had time to get there for a great meal! My husband got the steak, and said it was perfect...as he loves his steaks!

the kids loved the pool--shaped like a gutiar...and we liked going through the exhibitions--peering at all the music history!!! the casino was fun--we won some--had more fun!!! the restaurant is very good--smaller than some--but, all the food was good and the price for kids was better. we took the kids out to the science aquarium at the point and a few other near by excursions--there are plenty of things to do--we walked the beaches--and went to edgewater mall--saw a movie and came back for a dip in the pool for sunset on the beach---it was a nice 2 days--we would reccomend it--it is comfortable and clean--we like the rooms facing the gulf.

Great time, Room was clean, Won money on the slots (they have new slot machines), they have recently renovated the entire gambling area. Food at the 24/7 Grill and The Buffet were excellent. The Room service was great. They are very quick and accommodate your requests efficiently and quickly. I would definitely go again.

The room is great! The food is top shelf ! Love the coffee shop and the beignets. The atmosphere is good love flowers in hotels and on the grounds. The only draw back if there is one is that the beach isn't like Alabama or Florida not as pristine kinda muddy water the attractions around you have to travel to New Orleans or into Alabama for much to do. But if your just gambling it's a great place.

This was the last hotel that we stayed in after a very long spring break. The check in booth was understaffed and we were actually taken into the VIP office to get checked in, so that was nice. Our room was on the 9th floor, the Shakira floor, and I personally loved how it was decorated. We were asked if we wanted a shower or a tub and we chose a shower and I am glad we did, because the showers were amazing!! From our room we had a great view of the pool and of the Gulf. I wasn't a fan of the floor to ceiling window though, it really freaked me out. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great.
We were traveling with our two 10 year old children and I felt comfortable enough to leave them in the room while we went down to the casino. We were very disappointed with the channel selection on the TV. There were NO channels for the kids to watch. Thank God we had our Kindle Fires, because the kids were able to watch Netflix on them.

The casino was much smaller than I was expecting, and there was not very much memorabilia. The waitresses were terrible and very rude. It took forever for us to even find a waitress that would take our drink order, and then when we finally did it took almost 20 minutes for her to bring our drinks back. Thank goodness for the free soda machines.

We at at the Hard Rock Cafe and our waitress was AMAZING!! And the food was great as well.
