Our server offered to bring a taste of the remoulade dressing and said if we didn't like it we could get something else. (It was delicious).
I had the mixed seafood platter: shrimp;oysters;fish and crab cake and coleslaw. Except for the side of green beans which were canned with bacon bits.. All was excellent..
Someone leaving said the begnets (not on the menu) were good..our server said they are made to order..to tell her when we were ready and she would put the order in so they would be hot when we were ready to eat them.Since I didn't get a chance to eat one in New Orleans..I ordered one here..it was delicious!
If we lived closer we`d be backa lot.

We ate here while on vacation in Biloxi and we loved it! The food was wonderful! It was moderately priced. We sat on the deck and had an amazing view. The staff were wonderful. They were all very pleasant and helpful. They were quick to take our orders and we didn't wait long for our meal.

We ate breakfast there twice while staying in Biloxi. Had different items both mornings. Food is excellent, large portions, wait staff is very friendly and on top of it. Will definitely visit again.

Would recommend going elsewhere. Here is what we ordered and what we were served.
$20 Shrimp Platter: Shrimp were small and had a strange spice flavor, Small foil wrapped potato served with squeeze tube of sour cream, Two poor quality hushpuppies, and cup of coleslaw that was good. Overall this meal was okay.
$22 Flounder Platter: Flounder tasted bad "fishy" like it had not been properly handled, same baked potato, same hushpuppies, same coleslaw. Overall this meal was was unacceptable.
$22 Crab Claw & Oyster Platter: Crab Claws would not slip off and tasted bad, oysters has strange taste and cooked poorly, salad consisted one layer of iceberg lettuce pieces in bottom of bowl, two grape tomatoes, and three crotons (unbelievable that anyone would serve this salad), French fries were okay. This meal was unacceptable.
Quick Review:
Shrimp - Okay
Flounder - Unacceptable
Oysters - Unacceptable
Crab Claws - Unacceptable
Coleslaw - Good
Salad - Worst I've ever seen
French Fries - Okay
Baked Potato - Okay
Waitress - Good (Not her fault that management buys poor quality seafood, and that the cook cook's poorly. She did her job.)
I will not be back. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

We came here for dinner and enjoyed the excellent view and fading sunset. The staff were very friendly and we were seated quickly.

McElroy's came well recommended by our hotel staff but didn't really live up to it. We ordered the surf & turn (steak & shrimp). The food was delivered quickly and was ok - small breaded shrimp and a slightly overcooked steak. The baked potato came wrapped in foil with a little squeeze tube of sour cream.

The staff were attentive and wonderful but the check was a little high for what we got - we will probably look elsewhere for better seafood the next time we're in town.
