All of the employees I spoke to at this hotel were extremely friendly and pleasant! Darlene was especially awesome.

If there was mention about train horn noise in recent reviews of this hotel, I missed it. This hotel is in the 'honk zone' very near an active train track. If the noise of that will disturb your sleep, this hotel may not be the best choice for you. This building is also one of those where you can hear the TV and coughing from the room next door, people talking by their cars.

From our room on the east side of the building, 2nd floor, we could see the ocean if standing/sitting at the window. Our room was clean, with well-maintained furnishings. My son did use the free wi-fi for games on his tablet. The window opened, I always love that.

The property is well-lit, parking spots a bit tight.

The sink and tub drained very slowly. The heater was frustrating, blowing really hot air occasionally. Pillow top bed was a little soft for my comfort.

Breakfast was yogurt, apples, cereal, pre-packaged pastries, toast, and a choice of toaster waffles, or waiting in line to make ones' own Belgian waffle.

The only thing I expect out of the least expensive choice in a given area is to be a clean place to sleep for a night or two. This hotel can't do anything about the train horns, and there were no issues with anything not being clean. Aside from some type of major renovation for sound-proofing, which I'm sure would then be reflected in higher prices, this hotel is offering what it can for the price. It's just a noisy spot.

The room needed remodeling. The air conditioner so loud had to shut it off. We were awakened several times with people yelling outside. Standing around smoking and drinking beer. Big hole right next to pool. Very dangerous situation. Breakfast not up to pare. Towels thin and rough. Was the most expensive motel in our 10 day trip. $100 for sub-standard motel.

I have stayed in some rough places, and am not really picky, but this place is bad! Mold on everything, lamp shades, baseboards, etc.. And the Sheetrock is literally falling from the ceiling on us. It's snowing in here. The flat screen that is hanging crooked on the wall with wires hanging out the back, is so fuzzy you can barely see the picture. Shower has hard water, these are the high points, then it's just overall dirty. Stains, cigarette burns in the sheets, patched holes in wales that haven't been painted, did I mention the ceiling is falling?? Stay away!!!!

We had a family emergency and we stayed here because it was very close to the VA Hospital in Biloxi. It's no more then 4 minutes away if you are looking for a close hotel. We got called very early in the morning to go to Biloxi and we were beyond tired by noon and needed a room desperately. It was very busy however the woman at the front desk managed to get us in early. Thank goodness because we crashed as soon as we hit the bed. The location is great. The beds were perfect. The staff I ran into were very kind (Front Desk, Head Housekeeper & a man mopping possibly Maintenance). I would stay again provided I was in the area.
