I have eaten the soup and salad bar and the breakfast bar. They both are really good. They serve breakfast late at night on Friday and Saturday night.

Never had a good meal here, old greasey fries, burnt, burgers
over cooked, onion rings reheated and burnt. Late night snack-
try the deli downstairs!!!!!!!!!

the staff was very rude and not attentive...food was lukewarm and had to be sent back ...the girl brought my soup back and told me she microwaved it to get it hot ...she said the warmer was not working properly in high tide at this time

My wife and I stayed at the IP for a few nights, and thought the High Tide would be a great place to eat. Boy was I wrong. I ordered the chicken fried steak. Big mistake! I can honestly say that the chicken fried steak in elementary school was better. First, the breading, way too thick, and unseasoned. Second, the steak. Not sure what cut of beef they are using, but it tasted like shoe leather. I guess they have to overcook the steak, due to the thickness of the breading, and the paper thin cut of meat. On a positive note, my wife enjoyed the meatloaf, and our server was great.
