Description: Say hello to the quintessential American steakhouse where modern glamour, impeccable service and amazing food (but of course!) come together to transform your evening into a special occasion. This synergy of substance and style is as apparent in the restaurant's design as it is in the delectable platters dispatched via the open kitchen. From the dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass wine display flanking the sleek bar to the intimately curved banquettes in the dining room, BR Prime exudes a contemporary sophistication that manages to be both welcoming and refined.Linger over a menu brimming with enticing choices like wet-aged and dry-aged prime beef, Kobe ribeye, lobster tail from South Africa or Maine, lobster tempura, seasonal oysters, stone crab and seafood risotto. The potatoes come au gratin, lobster mashed or fried in duck fat. And whether you're entertaining or romancing, be sure to indulge in one of BR Prime's irresistible dessert selections.

We ate here twice while staying at the Beau Rivage. Had seafood and steak and they were both very good! Would definitely go again!

Had dinner here 3/20/14. Food was excellent as was the service. The filet was done just right and the knife went thru it like butter. Always thought Stonewoods back home had the best steak but I think this topped it. The ala carte prices were high, $35 and $50 for filet, $11 for a baked potato etc. but the food was great.

My friends and I truly enjoyed and even talked to other customers on the taste, texture, and presentation of our steak dinners. The steaks were out of this world. Kris our waiter was by far the most knowledgeable about the dinners in question by all of us and presented the food in a very professional way. His style in his craft of serving was polished and he gave the eating experience a satisfying atmosphere. The ambiance and great food lent itself to a wonderful evening with friends.

Overall excellence. The bartenders were professional. Having tended bar while in school some forty years ago I was impressed by the knowledge and skill of the bar staff and the variety of spirits on hand. I usually have a gin martini with a touch Noilly Prat vermouth and BR Prime had the vermouth which is not always the case in other establishments.
As a widower I often eat alone and often at the bar, which I did in this visit. It was comfortable and the meal, a small rare filet mignon with a side of mixed mushrooms, was excellent and done to perfection.

Good Service. Nice Atmosphere. Awesome steak. Wines prices are on par for the venue.
Sadly, the sides are puny. Family style? Serves two? NNahhh.... these are SMALL.
The primary offense was a $20 Shrimp Cocktail appetizer that had only 3 medium sized Shrimp on it. Really? THREE? WOW! Mr. Chef, you have got a set, eh? The Gulf of Mexico is only 150 feet away! The Clown Chef gets two awards: 1) the most expensive Shrimp Cocktail I have ever purchased and 2) the fewest number of shrimp on any Shrimp Cocktail I have ever purchased. If he is willing to destroy his rating (I we paid $315 for two with tip and a cheap bottle of wine) over $1.00 worth of shrimp, then he deserves it. Fix this stupidity and I would give this place a 5. They should be ashamed. Plan B: Skip the shrimp cocktail an enjoy! (It was still pretty good, but it reeked of cheapness!)
