Visited the Biloxi Brewing Company during my trip at the end of July. We were only in town for two nights and had a little time to kill before the Biloxi Shucker's double-header which started at 530pm, decided that a visit to a local brewery seemed like a cool enough (it's hot outside) thing to do and it would keep us hydrated. The brewery is less than a block north of the stadium. We had the tour from one of the brewmasters, nice room and clean gear, the canning operation is interesting to see first hand. The staff was very knowledgeable about all different beer types and the brewing process - it was very informative. Then the best part, as part of our tour we were able to get a flight of Biloxi Brewing Company beers, 6 of then. Most were from taps but they do still have some cans and bottles from some of their specialty brews - quite a good selection and different styles, everyone should find something they like -- SALTY DOG and BILOXI BLONDE for me!! The taproom is pretty relaxed, not flooded with music or other noise, nice place to have a beer and a conversation. In talking with the brewmaster he did tell us that a recent law in MS will allow them to start selling beer direct to the consumer from the taproom without having to take the tour (started around 4th of July). However, if you have time, the tour is well worth it... if you don't have a lot of time, the beer is well worth the trip. Once we knew about Biloxi Brewery we were able to find it all over town on tap and in cans (even at MGM Park in the Beir Garten).
