As I was with a tour group a guide from the church spoke on the history of the Church. Many don't realize that Biloxi was only about 20 miles away from the eye of hurricane Katrina. This church was heavily damaged but has since been repaired and the broken windows have been replaced and they surround the interior of the church. The Stations of the Cross are also worth a close up view as they have fine detail that is missed if you view them from afar.
