I have visited the Confederate White House in Richmond, VA and thought that while I was in the area that I would stop here. Considering the a huge portion of the home was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, they have done an excellent job restoring the home. To my surprise, much of the furniture is still there and they have restored anything that was damaged. The house tour was quite nice. I also viewed the museum, but really wasn't impressed with it as they were mostly reproductions etc. and was very small. The library is very nice.
