We met friend here for Sunday brunch. The selections were slim, the keer (rice pudding) and several other dishes were watered down---most of us spilled keer on the way to the table. The saag was good but almost missing the paneer (cheeese kurds). The best dishes were stir-fried chicken on a griddle and the pickles which had large and flavorful garlic buds. Since there are so many really good Indian restaurants that serve brunch----Indian Palace in Roseville, Chapati in Northfield, Copper Pot downtown Minneapolis, we won't return to this one.
This is the best Indian restaurant I have ever experienced, including, New York, Edinburgh, San Francisco, Madison, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis Great staff.
Good overall food with curries, rice, fried bread & more. Buffet option for a flat fee, under $10 a plate for lunch on weekdays.
We dine here at least monthly and always enjoy onion bhaji appetizer and chicken masala or biryani as main entree. The kesar kulfi (pistachio ice cream) is a wonderful dessert. Staff are always friendly. For consistent good Indian food, you can't go wrong here.
