We love to stop in at the Watkins Museum and store every time we are in Winona. There are historical exhibits from the start of the company in 1868 to the present day, a miniature train-type exhibit of the town of Winona, and shelves displaying the current product line of the more than 350 products that are available for purchase. I love looking at the old discontinued products and reminiscing about using them in the past. The entrance to the Museum and Store is on East 3rd Street between Chestnut and Liberty, up some steps. We also enjoyed stepping into the main entrance of the corporate headquarters around the corner to see the cavernous entry, stained glass, additional historical displays, beautiful architectural details, and Watkins products in the restroom! The museum is open Monday-Friday, 10 am-4 pm, Saturday 10-2. Phone 507.457.6095
