We have stayed 2 nights at this resort. They did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. First the food: amazing; it is not easy at all to mass-cook good food for hotel guests and the challenge is even greater when serving kosher food, but this places does it very successfully. There was a great selection of dishes, a variety of main courses, salads, soups, desserts, etc. They also have a selection of wines and we went for the "Ness Harim" of "Katlav" winery, which was heavy, oaked, and rich (2 years in a barrel); we even bought one to take home with us. They have an outside pool (which we didn't use) and an inside one which is big and deep, as well as 2 jacuzzis. They have several sport activities, starting from early morning walking in the vineyards, through pool exercises, pilates, togo ball, and what have you. My wife and I had each a Swedish message in their biggest-in-the Middle East SPA space and it was wonderful. Our room was spacious, modern, with huge in-mirror-embedded TV, nicely decorated and equipped bathroom, and a great view to the scenery.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a balcony facing the scenery.

Whilst the spa itself is absolutely incredible, amazing treatments , the hotel is cold , clinical , the pool too small and crowded a. BIt like a concrete jungle

The choices for lunch incredibly poor and dinner is an adequate buffet
Breakfast excellent

The rooms are lovely the views are amazing .

The main issue is the amount of day visitors which gives the whole place a feel of a cattle market rather than a relaxing break

This hotel is great for a day visit but to stay we found it to be badly lacking and terribly overpriced

Having received a treatment at the hotel, my wife was dismayed to find that her neck started receiving immense pains, and that her movement restricted. We went to an Osteopath who told us it was because of the treatment.
When we asked the hotel about this, they responded that the matter was not their responsibility and that we had signed a waiver in Hebrew to exempt them from this.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, and they tried to fob me off with a gesture of goodwill (not able to be used during peak times).
Shall not be dealing with Cramim again. The hotel is nice, but when coupled with their customer service, I cannot justify spending $300+ on a night there.

The spa offers day passes in case you want to enjoy the amenities with out checking in for a night. We chose the afternoon option and received a 3 course lunch (we ate it on the veranda overlooking the scenery), full use of the amenities, and a massage. I received an EXCELLENT Thai massage which was the perfect remedy to my 10 hour flight from New York.
