This is a nice destination, the location and views are nice. In certain aspects, though not an old property, the property seems a bit tired already.

There are lots of classes to participate in; the food is fine, but there is a bit of a crowded feeling in the dinning room.

Our room was adequate, not exceptional in any sense.

The gym was small, but nicely equipped. I had a very nice haircut at the resort.

For a special occasion we had the opportunity to return to this exclusive hotel as isrotel classifys it. The hotel is indeed a heaven of calm and serenity and has a design and decoration which is outstanding. we appreciated the spa facilities and outside pool facilities and were impressed by the attention of the pool team to details. we truly regret that other elements related to staff performance and hotel organisation makes us rate the hotel as average and does not correspond to a 5 star hotel exclusive expectations .
We expected a smooth check-in and check-out procedure , especially as member of th e isrotel client club, but where disappointed with waiting times , no information on room availability (despite announcement that we would get a sms) and inability to get a invoice a check -out due to computer problems. however the biggest proglem is the overbooking of the hotel during the week -end when most of the guests have lunch and dinner and the facilities are not scaled to this situation. it is already extremely unusual that guest in a 5 start hotel have to comply with the hotel instruction when they can have dinner ( never ever happens in any 5 star hotel outside israel) but it is even more unacceptable that despite this we had to wait 40 minutes in line to have access to the dining hall ! once seated we had exaclty 60 min before the buffet was closed and we had to leave. We did get a apology from management but unfortunately this situation is recurring and not exceptional . Unfortunately the level of this hotel is not at the expectations of a 5 star hotel and the price level and you should know that exclusive means waiting in line at Cramim.

Excellent location, great atmosphere and amazing service. The food it outstanding and spa choices are enormous. The rooms are very cozy.
The bar is highly recommended - before or after dinner (or before and after ;-)).

Room tip: Check mid week sales - you might get a great price!

We spent a weekend in Cramim resort and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the decoration is amazing. All of the facilities are great - swimming pools, Jacuzzi, spa - and we enjoyed all of them.
I loved the room as well, it was spacious and the view was fabulous. However, it did bother us a bit that the bed was not a queen or a king but rather a twin, and no one have told us in advance. Also please take into consideration that everything in the hotel is super expensive so be prepared to pay. The dinner for example was 600 NIS for 2 persons not including alcohol. It was good but I'm not sure it's actually worth the price. All in all - we enjoyed ourselves very much and it was a very relaxing vacation.

Room tip: I would recommend adding a bit more for the deluxe room. Also make sure to ask for a room with queen/king bed.

I would like to begin by saying that the cramim hotel have excellent managerial staff who offer very good customer service. Although our experience was disappointing we really were given amazing service.

My husband and I have often visit isrotel hotels with our family however cramim is the first exclusive isrotel hotel we have visited.
We were very much looking forward to a romantic break.
A bit of a background i have just given birth 5 months ago and my eldest was born a year and 5 months ago, for anyone with children they know that it's very rare that parents with such young babies are able to leave for 24 hours and have a break. But as it was my 30th birthday and I'd just been through two difficult pregnancies on bed rest my parents were incredibly kind to give us this opportunity of looking after the kids so we could celebrate.
We chose cramim for three main reasons:
1. No children allowed - and indeed there were no children
2. The location - it is far away from anywhere - everything is supposed to be available in the hotel so no need to leave.
3. The food- the imperial red bar is not koaher in Tel Aviv and we keep kosher so we were excited to be able to try here (we wanted a date night cocktails bar food to feel young again, there is also a chef restaurant but we decided to not go for this option as we wanted a more intimate evening and also room service is available.

Our experience began at check in, we checked in at 1.30pm on 5th April at check in we were told that the hotel from the following morning was going to be kosher for Passover as we were told at time of booking... (Passover was a week later and NO we were not told)
For those parents out there you will understand that having a luxury a leaisurely breakfast without kids is such a treat and the fact that we were going to have a very limited breakfast and not told prior to booking was slightly annoying to say the least. In addition the hotels website it clearly says the hotel will be kosher for Passover from the 7th hence the reason we booked when we did.
My husband spoke to the manager and after a few minutes we were offered an apology and some compensation. I was still upset as i love nothing more than a good croissant but it was fine and very kind of them.
We then enjoyed some time at the spa - Esther was wonderful with my facial very attentive
Following that we decided to head to our room to order room service and a movie a big luxury for us as with kids this is a rarity to eat lunch in bed and enjoy a film.
I called room service to be told there is no food except salads as the kitchen is kosher for Passover... But wait i was told from the following day???!!!!... Feeling hungry & upset that my relaxing movie and food in bed had been ruined i called down to the imperial red bar to book a table for dinner ... Here i was told there is no kitchen because of Passover...At this point i was angry ...
The website clearer stated a different date, the reception staff said the following day and now i was being told today.
We were told that the only option for dinner was the 600nis chef restaurant...Which we didnt want not because even of the price but beacaue we wanted to have a romantic quiet experience and we had waited so long for the imperial bar date night.
With all of these let downs my husband went back to the manager & explained the situation...
The manager called me with her supervisor too... We spoke for around half an hour they offered for us to come to the hotel restaurant free of charge for dinner however as i explained to them money was not the point i had come to the hotel to rekindle my relationship with my husband after two very difficult births.i wanted an intimate dinner not surrounded by all hotel guests... The manager adi was lovely and understanding and extremely patient she offered for us to have the chef make up a meal and sent to our room in addition for all the mess up and frustration and the pure fact we were no given at all the experience we had booked for we were offered a complimentary night at the hotel at a time of our choice in order to get the full cramim experience.
We will be returning at some point today when we have someone to look after the babies but i have to say that the customer service really was excellent it's just a she about all the disappointments along the way.

Dear Yasmin

First of all I would like to apologies for the damage Experience's you had at our hotel. We at the "Cramim" spa hotel do our best to serve and provide each and every guest the best host.
As part of the perpetration for the holiday we manage to "cosher" the kitchen in 6 days instead of 7 (hard workers...) so unfortunatly all food was "cosher" before we expacted.
It was a bit disappointing that after me in person took care of you i didn't mentioned me not even once.
as i promised you on our nice conversation we had the hotel.the Hotel manager was kind and invited you to a complementary night for free in each date you choose to.

I welcome you to contact me in future arrival
