Their burgers are flat griddle fried like most others, with the juices squeezed out by "crushing" or "smashing" with a special tool that looks like a trowel. Their customizing is not as extensive as Smashburger. They also do not seem to have a gimmick burger like In-and out. The store is clean, the help friendly. They might need to put just a few more burgers on the grill at the lunch rush. In my opinion just adding a chili burger would bring them to a 4 out of 5.
