We arrived at Cossetta's during the rush prior to a hockey game at the nearby Xcel Center. The restaurant serves cafeteria-style, so the line snaked through the small grocery store and bakery attached to the seating area. However, the food was well worth the wait. My slice of spinach lasagna was thick, oozing with a hearty sauce and covered with a chewy layer of cheese on top. The salad was fresh, crunchy, and lightly dressed. I reluctantly tried Cossetta's because my past dinner trips there consisted of pizza and soda, and the pizza was not that great. I recommend skipping the express pizza lane, and spending the extra time to wait for the home-cooked pasta.
