We thought this place was wonderful. We went there for a friends wedding. It was so beautiful and what a great park in front of the building.

I love this center not only for it's raw beauty, but also for the wonderful events that take place. The Winter Carnival, numerous concerts, fabulous galas, parties etc. Stunning interiors and easy to find.

This historic building houses some interesting exhibits. Worth a visit! We were fortunate to arrive on a day when a special exhibit of Kari Wagner's art work was on display, but there are regular offerings that will please anyone interested in local history. Moreover, the building's architecture is gorgeous, making it a popular wedding venue. There is a visitor desk and all of the usual brochures, etc. on the first floor, so it's a nice first stop if you're new to town. Beware of the parking however - meters cost $1.75 per hour on the nearby street. A few blocks away, near the church and Dorothy Day Center, they drop to .75 hourly, so a short walk pays off.
