I expected this truck-stop oddity to be greasy, noisy, and contrary to the reviews I read here, plain old s#!tty.
Hoo, boy. This was the best prime rib I have had in forever, the kitchen knew how to make risotto, the vegetables were perfect. I was stunned.
This is more expensive than a trip to Ruby Tuesday's or Applebees, but I was thrilled with a really delicious meal and great service in the middle of a very long trip. Highly recommended.
