The Heritage House is not one to miss. If you like to take in varieties and the best that B&Bs have to offer, then check out this place. Jerry & Deb are perhaps as professionally personable as they come, and we have taken in some fantastic places.

The food is second to none, and it was probably one of our best trips ever. May God bless these people. Thanks Jerry & Deb!

My husband and I stayed for three nights in June while I was speaking at St. Cloud State. It is a beautiful house, lovingly kept up, with many amenities. Deb and Jerry are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts are terrific and varied, including scrambled eggs in a popover boat, stuffed French toast, and potato pancakes. We felt well fortified for the day ahead. There is also a pool table in the front room, videotapes for entertainment, and a lovely parlor. I certainly know where I want to stay the next time I'm in St. Cloud!

My wife and I just returned from a two-day run-away at our favorite B&B, Heritage House, in St. Cloud. (www.heritagehousebbmn.com) Jerry & Deb Middelstadt are the best hosts you could ever want, the rooms are beautiful and the food was excellent. We stayed in the English and French rooms and our goal is to stay in all four of the rooms. We even talked about a possible return this fall. We visited many of the sites in St. Cloud during the day and had a wonderful place to return to each evening. Thanks Jerry & Deb for a wonderful stay!

Room Tip: The English Suite is the largest with a deep soaking tub and a daybed creatively made out of some of...

For starters, St. Cloud is an atypical tourist destination, but my wife surprised me with a visit here two weeks ago. The owners were beyond gracious when we needed to arrive late at, at the crack of 10 p.m., offered us a full enthusiastic tour of their well-appointed gem while ensuring we were comfortable. Breakfast was superb both days of our stay, and the amenities in relation to price paid represent an excellent value. We'll be back many more times!

Room Tip: We stayed in the least expensive room (the French room)...very comfortable for two. The owners even...

A lovely older style property in the heart of St Cloud and a top quality B&B. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts and very helpful hosts. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars and the Mississipi river.

We were in St. Cloud to watch our son play in a rugby tournament. Typically we would stay in a hotel, but decided to "switch it up" and stayed at Heritage House. Found it online and made same day arrangement with Deb by phone. Very convenient. We arrived after our event and were greeted with great hospitality. Got the grand tour and stayed in the German room. Very clean and comfortable. Jerry and Deb are proud of their B&B. We got the grand tour and they were available for our needs, but they also left us to ourselves for our privacy to come and go as we wished. Breakfast the next morning was AWESOME. Very accomodating hosts, very nice B&B. We would definitely stay there again and we recommend it to others as a nice break from the hotel routine!

Room Tip: Each of the four rooms are very nice.

My husband and I have stayed at this Bed and Breakfast 10-12 times. The proprietors restored an old Victorian home built in 1904 that is listed on the Historical Registry. The interior decorating is exquisite and detailed ; the rooms are impeccably clean; and the breakfast is a 2-course gourmet delight. A detailed history of the home and area is chronicled in scrapbooks and published books about St. Cloud that are available to peruse in the sitting room. Deb and Jerry are very warm and inviting as hosts and have a keen awareness and respect for the history of the home and area. This is always our lodging of choice when visiting St. Cloud.
