This would have been an average rating if they didn't aspire to finer dining levels with their pricing, menu and signage.
The menu was all over the map (of Italy) and you pretty much can tell with a big menu like that they do a lot, none of it well. They had us in a really dingy side room with dirty floors and chintzy decor. The chicken parm was pretty much on par with a jar sauce like Ragu and progresso bread crumbs, nothing special. My dining partner had the chicken picatta, which was similarly underwhelming.
Just disappointing to see Italian done so poorly.
