Visited this new Bar/Restaurant located in a Strip Mall off South Broadway. Nice interior and beautiful granite bar top. They have beers on tap and nice selection of other drinks, however they do NOT have any fried or grilled food, only hot dogs, wraps, and frozen pizzas. They only
had two appetizers on the menu. We had a Pizza and it was good, however it is a local brand
that can be bought at the Grocery Store. Staff were friendly and we will give the place another
try, but probably for Lunch or just for drinks and not going their for a big meal.

Sorry, Jabbers, but your days are probably numbered. Rochester has quite a few good places to eat, and Jabbers isn't in the top tier. Perhaps it's okay as a bar, but Rochester has better bars, if that's your thing, too.

We went there for lunch, and unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. The Beer Cheese soup tasted like melted velveeta, or maybe Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup straight from the can. The waiter never bothered to refill drinks. The ham sandwich was fine, but a "Keep it Simple" sandwich shouldn't be priced at $7.

Don't go if you have kids -- no kids menu. And don't go if you are in a wheelchair -- all the tables are high tables.

But more generally, don't go if you want good food. Check out Rochester's Top 10 and pick one of those. All are much better.

p.s. Portion sizes are NOT enormous, which is fine, because you wouldn't want to ask for a doggie bag anyway.

We arrived on our way out of town somewhat early for lunch, so initially we had the undivided attention of the server. Beer and drink choices were fine, and the sandwich-wrap menu was quite unique. The B-L-T wrap I had was embelliehed with turkey and ham and most generous in size. Prices were reasonable. Definitely a place to return to for lunch if we were ever back in town.
