“Worth the visit.”
Review of Assisi Heights

Assisi Heights
Reviewed November 22, 2011

The tour can get long. I generally like to explore on my own, but the beauty and architecture are worth the visit. There is also a lot of history here as the Sister's of Saint Francis are the original founders of the Mayo Clinic.

The grounds are stunning. The building itself is also beautiful. There are numerous rooms with antiques and history of the Franciscans. The sisters there are so pleasant and love to show their home off. Probably not a place to bring children unless you would like to show them a bit of hisotry of the catholic church.
