Went as the reult of Trip Advisor reviews. They were pretty much dead on. Service was fast and good. The noise level made it difficult to talk. We all had burgers and they recommended them to be cooked medium well as a result they were somewhat dry. I had the Mark D's Fatty Melt which was a hamburger with a bun made of two grilled cheese sandwiches - a novel idea.

I ate here a few months back with my son and his family. Their specialty is burgers and I must agree, they are pretty special. Made with fresh ground beef, they are grilled to your specifications and served on a fresh homemade bun. Add fries and a drink and your all set. They have a full bar and the service was as expected in a casual atmosphere.

The food was good but the bun was slightly over grilled (became dry and brittle on the edges). Very good and plentiful fries. They need a full Pepsi line including Pepsi Max, etc. Parking can be a problem.

I always liked going to the original restaurant in the downtown area, however parking is non-existent, and the place is always crowded. This new satellite combines ease of parking with the same outstanding American fare. They have carried on the tradition of the original and have attracted much of the same cliental that frequent their downtown restaurant. The locally owned company runs several restaurant concepts and seems to be wired into the tastes of the townies.
