The sidewalk at the entry is at least 8 inches higher than the parking lot level, and is extremely narrow, making it treacherous maneuvering a wheel chair through the doorway. Bring your own wheel chair, as the complimentary one is the only one there, and it lacks foot rests, making it unusable for anyone who has limited or no use of their legs. The building interior is overdue for a makeover. Elevator operates roughly and is in need of an update and a good cleaning. Rooms lack adequate number of power receptacles. Bathroom sink stopper was broken. Three out of the six or seven light bulbs in the room were burned out. Air conditioner/heater loud. Thin, worn out, improvised wooden trim boards lining hallways leading to rooms. Drywall dust, and drywall screws (from a repair?) on the carpet in the hallway near the room door.
Jess, the front desk staff was great throughout our stay. She was extremely helpful. Thank you..........
