“First time there...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 28, 2014

Both my daughter and her husband graduated on the same night from college, so they, we and her in-laws went out to celebrate afterwards. Gotta say they picked a winner. The food was really pretty good--we felt the price was comparable to other restaurants. The waitress was outstanding, very friendly and attentive. For a Thursday night, they seemed quite busy, but evidently not as busy as it sounds like on a weekend. Thank you Whistle Binkies for helping to make it a perfect evening!

“Out of the Way but worth it!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2014

Had an afternoon off and decided to try this place for a couple of appetizers and some beverages. Since it was a Thursday, it wasn't extremely busy plus it was after the lunch rush, but there were still quite a few small groups and couples still eating at tables and at the bar. We decided to park ourselves at the bar. Lots of TVs for the sports minded and over 400 beers from the US and beyond. Quite a collection. The bartender was quiet but attentive. We tried the Noi's Egg Rolls and the Deep Fried Pickles...both were very good. Not too filling but enough to keep you satisfied if you're not up to a big lunch. The lunches though did look good also. Big sandwiches with fries and if you're looking for some Irish taste, they have quite a few items to choose from. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Lots of room too. Free popcorn also. If you're not familiar with Rochester, it may be a little hard to find, but once you do you'll never forget it. This one is definitely on our "return to" list!

“Make a point to visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 21, 2014

This place is on the south side of town a little tricky to find, it is very popular family' singles all ages. 400+ plus beers to choose from about 40+ on tap. Grab a bowl of popcorn and find a place to sit. Great food great place to visit.

“Binkies on the Pond”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2014

It's in a very out of the way location but worth the trip. Food is OK so over priced. Great popcorn. Great atmosphere if you like the sports and bar scene. not for the houdie doudie people. Don't like those anyway, Great staff except for one bartender he's not friendly but the rest are great. Many trips to Mayo coming up and I will go back. After all there are over 400 beers to select from. I will make a dent in that list some how. Wish they had more Happy hour selections then I would pass the word on to friends
