Karen at the front desk was an absolute delight. Very helpful and a joy to talk to. I just have one suggestion and that is to have like a ppv where you can order movies and such in your room to watch.

I totally am impressed with Suzy S.......She definitely went out of her way to accomodate from friend and I. We each had separate rooms and checked in separately. Without even asking, Suzy searched the room availability and put us next to each other. She didn't HAVE to do that! She went out of her way to try to please us the best she could.

We love staying at GC Mille Lacs! The staff is very friendly, rooms are nice, and the beds are the best! We never wake up with that normal hotel backache! Its such a nice bonus that they have a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms too, just that extra something that really comes in handy. Other than the rooms, there is great food, of course gaming and we have also caught a few shows and have never been disappointed!

Would like to compliment Suzy on her excellent service at the hotel front desk. She was so helpful and recommended booking a second room to make our stay even better. She is a great representative of Grand Casino Mille Lacs. Also, the dinner we attended at the Woodlands Steak House was excellent from the atmosphere to the service to the quality of the food. We highly recommend the Woodlands for an excellent dining experience. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Very accommodating and friendly employees. Our room was 372 a non smoking room near the elevator. The room was large, with fridge and microwave. King bed was very comfortable, and our room was very quiet. Not a sound from nearby rooms or elevator, even the toilet flushed quietly! The Plums restaurant/grille has excellent food at very fair prices. The hamburgers and French fries were excellent, as well as the salads. This grille provides a very large area to sit and relax, and enjoy your meal. Our only gripe is with the casino and the lack of big screen or any tv showing current sporting events. You have to rely on overhead speaker system updates to know what the scores are of local pro teams...unless you play high stakes poker, they have six or so large screen tv's. This is a Grand place!
