We stopped before a high school game for a sandwich and soup. Super clean great food and a very good price. I will make sure to dine at this location again. The staff were very very nice!

“Good food, good price”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2013

We stopped in Hogan Brothers for a quick, simple dinner. The sandwiches were very good (never had corned beef on a hoagie before). Service was fine, although it might get slow if they had a large crowd (think after a football game). We tried the (draft) root beer and it was excellent! It is locally made. Since we had a bit of time and it was very warm, we also tried the ice cream. If that is a single scoop, a double could feed a family of four! Very good and very inexpensive. We didn't try the soup, although we were told by others that it was good. Definitely would come back again.

Nice light sandwich bread, perfect for the late lunch I had. Quick accurate service counter with good suggestions. Ice cream reasonably priced and TASTY!

“Cool eclectic place for suds and sandwich”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 11, 2013

Stumbled across Hogan Brothers while exploring the streets of Northfield, MN. Realy neat place to eat lunch (and probably supper too!)

They offer sandwiches prepared as hoagies or on flatbread, both baked fresh in-house. Orders are placed as you enter the cafe and delivered to your table when they have been prepared. Small selection of local beers to accompany the meal.

3 of us ate for $22 including 1 beer and 2 softdrinks. Wish we lived in Northfield so we could eat here regularly!

“Good atmosphere”

College kids coffee shop atmosphere. Soups, sandwiches and beer. Meat sandwiches are skimpy on the meat.
