“great egg benedict”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 17, 2014

We had a our Sunday Brunch here today.
The restaurant has patio seating as well, we sat inside. The place looks great. The bar has 4 TVs to view, each one had a different sport streaming.
We ordered Ribs, eggs Benedict and chef's special.
This was the first time i tried ribs and they were delicious. I've had egg Benedict before, but Redstone's eggs Benedict blows the competition away.
The server Karl was very jolly and prompt.

“Very good experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 1, 2014

Location is good (close to many business offices) and walking distance from a Sheraton hotel. Great selection of fish (including walleye) and meats. Good wines and local/Minnesota beers (including 1 Minnetonka brand!). Pleasant atmosphere, nice outside sitting area.

“Restaurant just like Houston's or Hillstone”

Great Ambiance. Great Food. Bartenders should be more knowledgeable about how to make certain drinks. If you have a large group, wait staff is not good about splitting checks.

“Not bad”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2014

Good location, but very busy restaurant. Nice choice of inside or outside seating.

Food was good, although I ate vegetarian which isn't a specialty at all here (not complaining, just saying).

Service was nice but waitresses were overly joyful which kinda made it seem fake.

Overall had a good time.

“VERY NICE MIDWEST MENU”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 6, 2014

This place is very nice from start to finish. The woodsmoke from the fireplace carries outside, so even from the parking lot, you feel like you're arriving at a cabin. Menu is broad, and specials are solid, if not especially imaginative. The soup special was French Onion Soup, and it was very well executed, with good bread and guyere cheese (NOT mozzerella!). The parmesan-crusted Walleye was fabulous, and fresh! legend has it that during the great "fake walleye" investigation of Minneapolis restaurants in 2004, Redstone was one of only a few local restaurants serving real walleye (as opposed to a Chinese-bred Zander)! Nice place for a family or business dinner!
