We stopped by just to look at the outside of the building as it was closed for the season. But, providentially, there was a caretaker there who caught us peeking through windows and invited us in for a tour. We spent the best part of an hour touring the building with him and taking many pictures. What a treasure for Canadian history indeed! Well worth the stop even without the famous pies. All the best to the community in their restoration work.
