The visitors centre was nothing special and I was not impressed with the "recycled" toilets aka outhouse with tile floor. But, we had the greatest time taking the hike to the old lighthouse and then walking back on the beach. We spent an hour beach combing and looking in the tidal pools. The kids loved it and it was fun hopping across the sand and rocks counting crabs and snails. This was a great memory and I'm glad we took time to do it.
