Fogo de Chao is a Brazilian style restaurant featuring superb cuts of an immense variety of meats. While the salad bar is also excellent, it would be best not to spend much time there. The unique table service will priovide you with the chance to enjoy meats of every variety, all of which were excellent. The quantity of food is potentially unlimited so plan not to eat for a day before and a day after. It is a truly unique eating experience.

My only criticisms are that the tables seemed very close together, making the restaurant feel crowded. It was also quite loud. However, if you want a unique eating experience in an enervating place, give this a try.

This was our first time experiencing a Brazilian steakhouse, and we'll definitely be back for more someday. The meats were so fresh and deliciously prepared, the salad bar had a wide variety of tasty things to try, and their house cocktail, the Caipirinha, was a light and refreshing accompaniment to the meal. The sides were wonderful as well. Considering all the meat I ate, I didn't leave feeling heavy at all. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. I loved the feeling of anticipation as I slapped the coaster down to the green side and waited to see which sizzling treat would be brought to the table next, and I never had to wait more than a minute. It is an experience all meat eaters must try at least once!

My brother and I ate dinner at this restaurant, and were very impresed. The salad bar was very fresh looking, and the dinner rolls were melt in your mouth good, and worth every calorie. Service is very polished and professional. The meats were all prepared to perfection. I liked that you could try various meats, and have small portions if you wanted to. This restaurant is not a meal, it is an experience. We would definately return.

We went to Fogo de Chao for our anniversary, which justified the $48.50 per person price (not including drinks or dessert). You can forgo all the meat and just get the salad bar, which is lovely, but then why go to Fogo de Chao? Here is how it works: Each diner at a table has a card (like a drink coaster) that is red on one side and green on the other. When you do not want meat delivered instantly to your table, keep the red side up. When you do want meat, flip it to the green side. There are many different types and cuts of meat that are carried around on skewers at all times by the numerous chefs. They slice off very thin pieces of meat that you "grab" with your little meat tongs and put on your plate. There is a menu on the table that describes all the meat types. You also get unlimited side dishes, such as mashed potatoes and polenta. It is an experience and the food is very good. But it is expensive, and you WILL be full when you leave!

We love Fogo, the salad bar is perfect, the meat is always perfectly prepared, we have had great service, the dessert menu is nice if you have room. We like to go at lunch when the prices are a little better. We have went with a large group before which was fun. Also, we have brough our own custom birthday cake and I believe they charged a cake cutting fee. Consistently great food. A favorite. Be ready to eat a lot! :)
