Sushi was decent, not bad, but not the best either. Lunch prices and portions were good. Service was really slow considering the number of people in the place. Women's bathroom has interesting architecture.

“Worst restaurant experience I've ever had”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 12, 2013 via mobile

Terrible quality sushi, sent both rolls back and had to jump through hoops only to be comped for 1. Not fresh and very salty, but owner refused to comp both (total of $9!!!) simply because "I didn't like them." And after the end of the meal, the manager who I spoke to had the audacity to box up one of the rolls I sent back and had it brought to my table. I will NEVER come back here again. Ever. I've never been so treated at a restaurant in my entire life. Unbelievable.

“Wasabi is entertaining”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 21, 2013

We visited Wasabi using a Living Social coupon, which seemed fairly common. We got a salad from a small salad bar, a good soup, and then we watched our cook make fried rice, steak, chicken and salmon for us on the hibachi grill in front of us. It seemed like different cooks had different "tricks" but they all seemed very good. We also got dessert. We saw several fiery shows, including one of the drinks which came out flaming. At one point they passed a squeeze bottle of saki around for our enjoyment. It was a fun place to eat!

“Yummy”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

Because we had our dog with us and they didn't have a dog friendly patio for eating - we had to do taking- out. So - cant speak for the service or atmosphere - but the food - some of the best sushi I've had. We had the sushi/sashimi for two plus two orders of their incredible sweet potato soup - for three of us and it was more than enough food.

“OK”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 3, 2013

Walked in at 8 PM on a Saturday night and it was surprisingly empty for a downtown restaurant. Service was good. Drinks were good. Sushi was OK. Prices were average. Cheap and easy parking out front was nice. Overall the place was very quiet, at least that night.
