You have to go on the weekends. It's a bit of a party. Music is playing. You can have a great breakfast of brats and roasted corn on the cob. Have some terrific coffee or find some pastries from the local bakeries.
Then it's time to shop. In the summer, you'll find all types of growers from Minnesota represented there and you will get the freshest veggies in town. In the spring, many people buy their garden annuals and perennials there and in the fall, you can still find fresh veggies and outdoor decorating - like PUMPKINS...
There are always crafts for sale - handmade items that are incredible. Furniture sales, jewelry sales - depends on who's renting. But the weekends are the time to go.
