Right in the city, a great place to go to appreciate nature, hike through a pretty setting, unwind, and learn about plants of this area.

There's always something to see as the seasons change in the wild flower garden. It's often several degrees cooler in the summer if you want a break from the heat. I always feel calmer after a walk in the garden.

A great place to get away from it all within 5 minutes of downtown. It is a true delight of peaceful tranquility.

It's got good places to walk. Some paths are short and some are a place where you can let your dog off the leash. I know, I know. It's not legal but my dog is easily controlled by voice and sometimes I take him. It's a treasure-filled place, a legacy of natural beauty. It's a great place to photograph flowers and fields.
