An afternoon visit to the east-side riverwalk in Minneapolis led us hungry and thirsty to Vics. After a bit of delay in geting a server to us, we had a great meal. Wines by the bottle are at ridiculously affordable prices (Chalk Hill Sauvignon Blanc at 21). Appetizer menu extremely reasonable, with delicious concoctions (Portabella Mushroom in puff pastry with a kickin sweet spicy sauce, tiliapia tacos, duck confit quesadillas). Very good service by Tristian (sp?), but kitchen was a bit slower than reasonable. Will be heading back there soon! .
