The place looks a little like a dive in not the best area of Riverside, but there is something about the unique flavors of all its entrees that I love. I almost always go for the lunchtime buffet, which invariably has a wide variety of selections, but I head straight for the Chow Fun, a rarity on any buffet, and the two or three entrees including tofu. One, with tofu and eggplant, is to die for. Also the Egg Foo Yung is plump and fresh and so much more appetizing than the usual flat, dry patties that generally comprise the dish. I think what makes the place special is that even though it is Chinese, the Vietnamese flair of its owners and cooks comes through loud and clear.
