While it looks like a dive (resurrected old gas station) it has the feel of a shack on the beach near Havana. The grilled mango salmon I had was excellent as was the rice. After downing a bottomless glass of Ice tea I was ready to enjoy the delightful salmon. It was open late July 4th and we sat in the patio surrounded by flowers. The owner was particularly pleased with her newly blooming Jasmine.

Found this using Diners, Drive-ins and Dives app. Couldn't have been more pleased. Authentic Cuban fare. The real treat was in the decor; ask your waitress for a Sharpie. Or 3! (upon entering, you'll see why. Prices are fair and service is excellent. (But don't try to use American Express.)

The best Cuban food in Minneapolis. The Cuban sandwich and any sandwich with pulled pork are excellent. They have several parking spots, but we found on street parking easily with in a block. The atmosphere in extremely unique.

I sought Victor's out after reading some reviews about it. Incredible, fun and unique and then great food. The place really has 'Character' which adds to the experience of the tasty morsels.
Make time to search this place out. 'Eat Street' should take notes.

The food is very good and the service is great. The food is very fresh and flavorful. The place is kind of small but I have never had a problem getting seated without too long of a wait. If you are looking for great food and a cool atmosphere give a try!
