Description: New Bohemia Wurst and Bier House is the transformation of a traditional bier hall into what we like to call the "New American Craft Bier Hall" pouring 36 of the finest local and International Craft beers in the country. New Bohemia features over 24 different all natural sausages made from whole cuts of meat, no artificial flavoring, and zero nitrates. Our sausages are made right here in Minnesota. Buns and pretzels made by hand in the traditional German style. Fries are hand-cut everyday and all sauces, mustards and topping are made fresh in every restaurant.

This place is a simple beer garden with the best sausage. I had the elk and it was fantastic. My wife had the jalapeño cheese and the was excellent as well. Huge beer choice on tap

New Bohemia has a great beer selection and a great happy hour (3:00-6:00 daily and all day Sunday). They rotate new beers in every couple of weeks. The fries are fantastic and the pretzal is overpriced and oversized (but delicious). Their menu is focused on bratwursts which is great if you love them. I don't love brats so I primarily go there for a beer. They have big long tables on the inside and the outside in the German biergarten style. You go up to the bar to order your drinks and food. Tap water is provided. There are a number of tv's to watch sports but, on a few occasions, the sport we wanted to watch wasn't on tv (they were showing hockey). Despite all of this, I love New Bohemia's great happy hour and their delicious seasoned french fries.

We went to the new place on Snelling in Roseville. I love very dark beer and the New Holland Dragon's Milk was extraordinary. Mixing the corned beef and ground beef to make a burger was a very pleasant pairing. Informal, patio, sports on every TV (and there were a lot of TVs). Do stop in.

An informal beer hall sports bar setting. They have many different kinds of sausage, and a large selection of beer. The staff is very helpful and will help you with your decision. Plus they have many different free toppings they will put on your sausage, and a variety of mustards and ketchups to try.

Long lines, took a full ten minutes from the time I ordered till I received the food. I had the special which was a brat, fries and root beer. The sauerkraut was bacon flavored, brine induced and the dipping sauce for the fries was stout beer flavored bar b q sauce. The food was really good. Cost was $10 but that was on special.
