Went to the Mill City Museum not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. The Flower Tower elevator shaft was very well done and interesting. Can't beat the view from the observation deck either. Museum had nice displays and an area for kids to try things out. Overall a good experience.

Recently stayed in Minneapolis and visited this museum and was pleasantly surprised.

I parked across the street and paid for parking in the parking garage. There is a lot of new living space in this area and a new theater as well.

The history of this flour mill is really neat. Take the short tour of the mill tower tour and be impressed of the views of the river. The video of how Minneapolis evolved was interesting abd some humor throughout the movie.

The elevator ride down is really neat because it is an all glass side so you can see everything as you go down to the 1st floor.

Really cool museum made out of the ruins of an old flour mill destroyed in a fire. The exhibits are very well done. There are great views of the river front.

Great museum, with exhibits on a variety of subjects.

Go on the Flour Tower tour and make sure you watch the fabulous "Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat" movie.

So much to do, you'll easily spend a couple of hours.

The gift shop is excellent.

I went here for a field trip and had a blast looking at all the sites and the best part was everything inside the museum is free and outside in the ruins is very spooky
