Nice hotel and big room. I had a beautiful view of the stadium, river and Minneapolis. There is no lobby, just an empty room with a front desk. So the initial ambiance is underwhelming. You have to take an elevator to the 4th floor where the main lobby is. And then another elevator to your room. The breakfast layout looked really nice, but very pricey, and it was always empty. I think everyone (including me) just went to the Starbucks next door.

Although it seems that you enjoyed your stay, we apologize if you were disappointed with our pricing. We work hard to provide an outstanding level of service and quality for our guests, and we've always felt that our prices were well worth it! That said, we will certainly look into our breakfast options and discuss what we can do for our future guests, so thanks for that feedback. We hope to have another chance to show you the five-star experience you deserve next time you're in Minneapolis.

Management

I wish they would have taken my hotel payment to purchase a new chair or the loveseat in room 717. It was filthy black! Worse than the furniture my neighbors put at the curb every spring! Either the outlets didn't work or they would not fit two of the modern day plug ins that are rectangle. Frustrating to say the least so I gave up using my hair styling appliances.

We're surprised to hear that you had difficulty with our outlets, Diane. Although we have yet to receive any similar reports, we will certainly visit your room to inspect them, as well as the sofa. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to discuss your stay in depth.

Stayed here for work conference. Its modern decor is very dark in the public spaces. There's really no proper lobby and you have to change elevators to get to all rooms, which is pretty inconvenient. They charge for wifi in your room - ridiculous at this price point. It was not working, and I was forwarded to an outsourced help desk, which is exactly what I do not want to deal with when I have to get work done. Starbucks downstairs. Room is bright, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. There's a tv in the bathroom (not like I would even think about touching that remote). So, not my style but perfectly acceptable. Would not stay by my own choosing. Right across from the ball field.

Although we are happy that you found our space to be comfortable, we understand your frustration with our WiFi. We will consider this for our future guests and we hope to find a more convenient solution. Until then, thanks for your candor, and for your rating.
