We are a steak and smoked meats house. We believe that top notch ingredients sourced from local farms and premium purveyors and prepared with superior culinary technique is the secret to great food.

What a treat! As others have said, just go with long rib and get ready for a terrific meal. We split the rib with 2 sides and ended up taking a chunk of the sweet, smokey, tender morsel home. Big portion and perfect balance of meat, fat, char and sauce. I live in Minneapolis, but travel to Texas for work a lot and just love the beef long rib. Literally a club of meat on a bone the size of your forearm. This is an absolute must for true meat lovers. You will not be disappointed! A table near the open kitchen where you can see the flames as they cook is a nice touch too. A new favorite place of mine.

Went here for my boyfriend's birthday, the food was amazing. My only mistake was ordering too many plates and not being able to finish them. Service was wonderful, make reservations it was packed on a Tuesday night. The grits are amazing, the s'mores were delicious, the lobster grilled cheese was decadent. The ribs were insane.

Had the brussel sprouts, carmelized brocoli and boar sausage - all were fantastic plus a great drink menu.

If it's your first time there, just order the Beef Long Rib and build the rest your meal around that. I had the Iceberg Wedge to start - definitely not your typical steakhouse wedge. And with the Long Rib I added Fried Green Tomatoes - the best I've ever had. If you like bourbon, add a bourbon tasting to go along with your dinner. At least a half dozen to choose from. This place and Bar La Grassa are now my go-to places in the Twin Cities.

We enjoyed the classic cocktails and various meat options. The patio was very nice and they have an excellent bar to sit at while waiting.. Service was good but not always friendly...
