What a treat! As others have said, just go with long rib and get ready for a terrific meal. We split the rib with 2 sides and ended up taking a chunk of the sweet, smokey, tender morsel home. Big portion and perfect balance of meat, fat, char and sauce. I live in Minneapolis, but travel to Texas for work a lot and just love the beef long rib. Literally a club of meat on a bone the size of your forearm. This is an absolute must for true meat lovers. You will not be disappointed! A table near the open kitchen where you can see the flames as they cook is a nice touch too. A new favorite place of mine.
