There are a handful of Bars in Minneapolis that really do cocktails right. Head bartender Pip Hanson trained in Japan under Kazuo Uyeda and after coming back to Minneapolis years ago he's made a name for himself working in several well regarded establishments. You'll see a blend of classic american cocktails coupled with some interesting ingredients that are more at home in Tokyo. It's a must experience bar for people who really like well made cocktails. The entrance is an unmarked door along the west side of the building, around the corner from the Bachelor Farmer Restaurant upstairs.
