Just arrived for 3 night stay. The rooms are very clean, but in need of updating. Rooms are relatively small with TV facing the wall, not the bed. The real complaint is what happened at 1 AM. The fire alarm went off and the entire hotel was evacuated. When I first called the front desk, there was no answer. Only one person was on duty with a few cleaning people left.
Fortunately, there was no fire, but the guests were standing outside in 35 degree weather with no communication from hotel staff or fire department. The poor front desk person was besides herself trying to cope with the problem. It was obvious that there was no training or enough staff to assist.
The beds are very soft and the pillows are older with stains visible since they don't double wrap them.
Dinner at the hotel was good. Service was good too. My major concern was their lack of emergency preparedness and respect to communication to the guests.
