I was just there for three weeks and had a really good experience. Clean, comfortable rooms, the other guests are quiet but friendly if you run into them in the common areas, and the owners are helpful and accommodating. The location is good, within walking distance of the U and Dinkytown shops and restaurants, and there are buses that will take you to downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul. The only possible downside is that it's on a street with frat/sorority houses, and it could get somewhat loud late on Friday night/Saturday morning. It didn't bother me, but I could see how it might bother someone.
