Owner description: The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is closed for renovation, and will reopen in June 2017. One of the crown jewels of the city’s park system, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden unites two of Minnesota’s most cherished resources—its greenspace and its cultural life. A partnership with the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board, the Garden is a top destination for tourists to enjoy art like the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry in an outdoor park setting.

Had to visit the iconic Spoonbrige & Cherry and made an afternoon of it. Love art collections available at no charge to the masses and this is one of the best. Don't miss the artist's bridge with the poem written along the inside, or the Cowles Conservatory with the Tub of Fish. Miniature Golf course is fun - but prepared for wait times of 90 minutes or more.

Personally, i'm a huge art fan so i was bound to like a garden filled with sculptures! It's pretty and the sculptures vary in style and genre. Was a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

We walked through the Sculpture Garden and enjoyed being outdoors among the huge sculptures, some of which are interactive. This is an amazing attraction within the city.

What a fun place to spend a few hours. One the day of our visit there was a great deal to see--a mini festival in the green space. We could not visit the conservatory because there was a swanky function of some kind, but the outdoor attractions are enough. Have your picture taken with the blue snowman or the soup and cherry and wander around.

The mini golf is expensive, but does include admission to the Walker Museum. However, we did not get there until late afternoon, and the wait was 2 hours and museum closing in 45 minutes, we decided not to golf this time. We will plan ahead next visit.
