We booked this through Flight Centre in Australia. When we arrived on a Sunday from Santorini there was no contact through Crucial Hospitality and I could not contact the travel agent help line either so we could not check in- terrible service to be closed on a Sunday! The locals did not know where the place was because it does not have a sign out the front and there is no reception or on site help. Its actually called Elia Mykonos Village. This apartment is being renovated at the moment so light fittings are not covered. Mattress is hard and awful. It is a long way from the beach and a long way from any shops. You will definitely need a car. Kitchen is very run down. Everything was dusty and the cupboards were stinky when you opened them. No one changes your linen. It’s definitely a 3 star budget accommodation with 4 star luxury above you. The pictures on the website do not show this apartment downstairs so we assumed we were upstairs and the reduced price was because it’s miles from nowhere. Pool is beautiful but it’s not worth the money.
The location was perfect, not to close to Elia Beach, isolated with an amazing pool and view! The room was in front of the pool, and clean and perfect for 2 persons! It's about 15min from Mykonos city, so for sure you have to rent a car or an atv. For sure we'll choose this place again if we come back in Mykonos.
