“Pleasant evening meal”
Reviewed September 28, 2012 via mobile

Our family visited on a rainy midweek fall night. Weather encouraged warm comfort food and we were not disappointed. Our wait staff was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about Lanesboro and the menu. Hand formed burgers, tasty sweet potato fries, rustic sandwiches, hearty pot pie, and meatloaf-all hit the spot. Full coffee bar as well. Local dining spot once the peak visitors leave.

“Good Food, Casual environment”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

Want a great casual food atmosphere with high quality dishes and local, organic product. try Pedal Pushers, not your average small town diner and beats chain food. They brew their own rootbeer, and as a rootbeer fanatic it ranks very high. Try the locally grown or organic fare, its one outstanding and unique spot to dine

“Angie made a Chocolate Cake from Scratch for my Birthday!”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

What town would go out of their way to bake an awesome dark chocolate birthday cake on a whim, when my friends couldn't find a place to buy one in town. Angie volunteered to bake one and asked them to come back in a few hours...she even ran down the road to ask if i would like sprinkles or balloons on my cake...that made me feel so welcome and special...I had to go back with my friends for lunch to thank her. The food was fantastic and so was the root beer!!!

“Great value and tasty, local food”
Reviewed August 31, 2012

We were looking for good tasting food and dessert without being too pricey in Lanesboro, and ended up choosing Pedal Pushers two nights in a row. Rhubarb crisp was very good. I loved their focus on local foods of all kinds--eggs, meat, fruits & veggies, cream and more.

“DELICIOUS!”
Reviewed August 25, 2012

We enjoyed an evening meal at this restaurant. I was slightly skeptical, since the information I learned ahead of time made it seem like it was more of a lunch destination, but it was a great choice for our dinner. I loved that they had signs around the restaurant noting where (locally) the ingredients for their food were from. Both the burger and the meatball dinner were amazing and piping hot. They also have Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, which is a favorite of mine. We even returned the next day to enjoy the cherry pie and rhubarb crisp. Yum!
