We had to book a room online for a family members graduation. When we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room that could accomodate our family of 6. The staff was friendly, accomodating and the pool and restaurant was super! We will not stay anywhere else when visiting!

This hotel gets 5 stars from my family. I was a little concerned about staying at a hotel that has an indoor water park-- we were not interested in play this round. We were there for a baseball tournament and my 17 year old needed a good nights sleep. I called the hotel directly and voiced my concerns. They guaranteed they would put us in a room that was clear of all the noise. They made good on their promise. We did not hear a thing the entire time we were there. I am sure the hotel was booked solid as there was a huge wedding group checking in and the lot was full --- we heard none of the activities that were going on in the hotel. The beds were SUPER comfortable-- rooms spotless-- bathrooms extremely clean. The hotel staff even rang the room to see if we needed anything. Talk about A+++ service. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for a great place to stay. The water park looked fun for young children and the poolside rooms would be perfect for the parents. AND if you are looking for peace and quiet -- let them know that when you make your reservations and they will place you in a room away from everything.

Stayed for 3 nights in a courtside family suite containing 2 queens and in a seperate living room- a pullout sofa. Also in the living area was a huge tv and wet bar with a granite countertop, sink, microwave, and fridge. There was tons of room for our baby bottles, groceries, snacks etc. Down the hall was the bathroom- very nice! Everything was so clean and new!!! Around the corner was the bedroom- a little tight for space. Had 2 luxurious queen beds, a huge closet space and makeup vanity with a light. There was a tv and table and chair. We spent most of our time in the living room. The beds were great- so comfy and the bedding was spotless.
Outside of our room was the courtyard and the gated pool area. There was a small waterslide and a seperate kids area with splash equipment and a slide for little guys. There's tons of room for a party or to have family dinner ordered in.
The location was not so great- very quiet, but far from everything we wanted to go do. About 15-20 minutes to MOA. If you got caught in traffic it was longer. There was a Cracker Barrel down the street and Target. Anything else you'll have to go towards MOA.
I scored SERVICE low only because the couple we were traveling with were given a huge package of coupons and flyers and tourist material for free and when we asked for the same package the front desk claimed they didn't know what we were talking about. And we asked 15 mins later after we all checked in.
I would defifnitely stay here again because it was such a nice hotel, lots of parking and most of the staff were very friendly.

Curtious, elegant rooms, consideration in placing large group appropiately, cleanliness, waterpark area excillent for toddlers and kids. Waterslide a must try, but watch out the bottom of pools comes at ya fast. It could afford to be a little deeper at the end of the slide but that didn't stop anybody!!

From Missouri we came to the hotel for a one night stay, We were very happy with the price, how cleain it was (and I'm a bit picky), the friendliness of the staff, how the room was set up and how roomy it was, and we were able to get a late check out time. It is very close to Mall of America & we saw lots of great restaurants in the town. We will go back to visit and stay longer. We didn't have time to swim, but will definitely bring our swimwear next time to check out the indoor waterpark .We say yes to this hotel.

My wife and I booked this hotel for our daughter's 7th birthday. We told her she could invite three friends to stay overnight. The hotel was really great for this purpose. The girls had an awesome time in the mini-waterpark. We reserved one of the executive suites (the girls wanted to sack out on the floor in sleeping bags). The flat screen was nice for throwing on a movie (we brought our own dvd player). There was a completely separate room with king bed for my wife and I. There was also a kitchenette with dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave and dishes. I felt the room was a little pricey at $190 for a hotel this far from the city (this part of Lakeville is about 40 mins from downtown Minneapolis), but location wasn't really an issue for us anyway. Price aside, we really enjoyed our stay.

We checked in on Friday and the people at the front desk were pleasant. We had a pool side room which I'm not sure we would spring for again as it wasn't really poolside. It was instead right in front of their large seating/party area. Our 7 and 11 year old boys had a blast at the "water park". Although it was small, they spent much time shooting baskets and going down the slide. If you are an adult and wanting to swim, this is not the place for you. The highest depth in the water is 3 to 4 feet and it isn't a big or lap swimming pool. But again, we chose the hotel for the boys to have fun. The hotel was clean and up-to-date in our opinion. After our first night, we would have given them a very high rating. We left the hotel early Saturday morning for a sporting competition and came back around 1:00 PM. We opened our patio doors to find 2 big birthday parties going on just outside our door and we even had two individuals sitting on the chairs on our patio. They didn't acknowledge us or move at all when we came out to find a table to enjoy our Subway lunch that we had brought back to the hotel. Also, the front staff at the hotel that afternoon were particularly "uppity" and had an attitude when I went to get another set of swim bracelets for the pool! It was a big turnoff and the little blond with her hair up along with the dark long haired woman didn't show any sort of customer service skills whatsoever! I also tried to open the door of their "business" room for customers to use the computers but it was locked so I was unable to send emails with updates of the sporting competition we were attending. After leaving the hotel Saturday night to go out to eat, we came back to an even bigger "family" party right out our patio door which went on quite late. Last note to make, Rudy's restaurant attached to the hotel seemed very expensive so we went elsewhere to eat. There is a small place called Good Fellas Pizza, Bar, and Grill just down the street from this hotel--you can see it from the hotel--the service was great, our waitress was very friendly, and the pizza tasted great! P.S. The hotel should not allow squirt guns or big water shooters in the pool area. A group of kids were shooting water all over the joint and even purposely aimed at the large window area making it a mess. It wasn't enjoyable at all for the moms who were there to sit and watch their kids. We did enjoy the fact they had microwave and fridge in our room. Also, the bathroom had one light switch that turned on the fan and the light. All other hotels we have been at, have separate switches which is always nice when you have younger kids as we tend to leave the bathroom light on and crack the door open a bit for a nightlight....not a big issue but something for hotel owners to think about. :-)
