Awesome hospitality , excellent service. Not to mention, breakfast was really good too. Celebrated our anniversary stay over there as we are attending a wedding nearby, the room was beautifully decorated with delicious chocolate cake too. They were also thoughtful enough to provide late check out . Thank you for everything, we truly enjoyed ourselves.

Third time staying here, the first time was bad, second time was ok but this time was the worst. We were given a room with faulty aircond , maintenance team came twice and insisted everything was ok (eventhough the room was clearly warm). Since the maintenance team had no idea what was going on, we called the supervisor and requested for room change. The manager of the night, Jimmy promised to find us a room but after waited for an hour plus (almost midnight), there was no update.Called reception again and the girl on the line refused to pass the phone to the supervisor, claiming that he was busy entertaining other guests (at midnight!). In the end, managed to talk to the supervisor and was informed that bellboy was on the way up to send us the key to the new room. The next day the horror continued! Our room access card was disabled and we didnt manage to enter our room after a long day. Had to call the reception again at the floor elevator foyer, and waited for about 15 minutes for our key.
The hotel facilities was alright and the breakfast spread was huge but what this hotel is lacking is definitely the service from it's staffs.

Further to our investigation with the associates concerned and reference to our Guest Log, our maintenance team responded to the call you've made 30 minutes to midnight on the faulty air-conditioning system. We certainly understand your frustration as it must have been a long day and probably you wanted to retire early for the day. Regretably with the air-cond technicality and room change, it has aggreviated the scenario. Our Duty Manager who was attending to late check-in guests could not attend to your call immediately hence it was attended by our GSA. Nevertheless, right after the crowd dispersed at the check-in counter, our Duty Manager, made the courtesy call to your room and acknowledged that all was in order.
Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please be assured, that we will continue to make improvements in our service levels.

We stayed for 2 nights over raya break. Great value & excellent service. Very comfortable room. Early check in. Great breakfast spread. We tried seafood & grill buffet. Awesome. Will come back in the future

We booked during Eid Mubarak 2019 and stayed for 5 nights at the Light Suite. The manager Mr. Sivaji and his team welcomed us with sincere heart. We enjoyed the bath tub and the view from our room. The room' service food was so delicious, my kids loved the curly fries that comes with Jumbo sausages. Hotel provided free WiFi for 4 devices but when I've had issues, Mr.Sivaji got his IT staff Mr. Ragu to fix with better WiFi access within seconds. They rang to my room to provided the access which helped me continue my work. Breakfast had a good spread but it was crowded on the 2 Raya holidays. Overall best experience for my family and we've got a good business cum pleasure trip at one place!

Stay in the hotel for 3days 2night with my family . The hotel look grand at the lobby ,like it very much . The front office staff are all friendly. The room we stay is very clean and spotless as well.
