In reference to the "Breakfast" we are currently reviewing other options for our menu to meet and exceed our guest needs.
Yvonne, thank you for bringing the amenities (Hot-Tub) to our attention, unfortunately there was an unseen mechanical failure with the hot tub thus keeping the hot tub closed for safety reasons. However, we are pleased to announce that the issue has since been resolved and the Hot-tub is now open.
Yvonne, here at Baymont Inn & Suites of Kasson, our goal is to ensure guest satisfaction. In addition to this, all guest reviews and concerns are genuinely welcome to further help focus on bettering our services as it is our goal to continue to update and resolve issues requiring attention in a timely manner.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and how they went above and beyond for our youth group. They accommodated us at the last minute and couldn't have been nicer, especially with a groups of students! Though they were 20 minutes from our destination, they made the drive worth it. I have never found a more accommodating and personable staff! They outside and location may be deceiving, but the inside is very nice and comfortable! Definitely recommend to any group! They turned the trip around for us!!

Breakfast wasn’t stocked at all (and it was only 8AM, so it wasn’t late in the breakfast time frame). The pillows were horribly uncomfortable, they were lumpy and way too soft/limp, I had neck and shoulder pain for several days after sleeping there. When I made my reservation, I asked for a single queen bed room, but was told that one wasn’t available, and all they had left were double queen rooms. Not even an hour later, I get a call asking if they can switch me to a single queen room because they really need the double queen. I said that’s what I asked for in the first place but the guy wouldn’t give me that room (even though it was marked as available online before I called and made my reservation). Then when I went to check in, the single queen room that they switched me to wasn’t available so they still put me in a double queen room. The WiFi was in and out so I couldn’t get a reliable connection. The price for the room cost WAY more than the value of the room. I would not stay here again unless some serious changes are made and the price gets knocked down a good bit. The room was not worth anywhere near the $129.00 that I paid for it.

In reference to Breakfast, we apologize if we fell behind on restocking our breakfast supplies immediately however we tend to ensure all guest needs are met to utmost demands. On the day of question, our breakfast attendant was unable to assist us due to unseen circumstances, however, our front desk agents are well trained to handle such situations and ensure breakfast is provided until all departures have left.
In reference to the reservations, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, as we sincerely appreciate this. Please, allow us the opportunity to sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you during your reservation process as we have had high occupancy throughout the time along with some mandated system updates during the time frame of your arrival.
These updates would reflect changes on our system to provide better live availability to our guests along with rates and inventory. In addition to this, such changes are not always reflected live time in which case the hotel would need to accommodate guests with over booking situations at times with a courtesy call to the guest.
This would be the situation with your reservation for which we apologize, as unseen last minute overbooking would have occurred causing the agents to reassign room category's to better accommodate you as well as our other guests prior to any relocation for which we sincerely thank and appreciate our guests for their understanding and willingness to work with us, our records indicate your reservation being made 24 hours prior to your arrival during the start of our updates with an exceptional check in during the morning with limited clean rooms which may have further caused exception to this, and we apologize to you for the inconvenience we may have caused by doing so.
Please, accept or apologies for the pillows as we maintain brand standards, however, with every individual preference we are unable to meet individual demands although we can certainly provide our guests with additional pillows on request as all our standard room with two queen beds have 3 pillows each, and all standard King beds have 4 pillows for our guest comfort.
Thank you for bringing the WiFi, to our attention, we did not receive any additional concerns during the listed time frame however we were able to issue a ticket to our IT department to check and clear any bugs within the network. In addition to this all our rooms are equipped with High speed Cat-5 ports for ease of access and connectivity, and a cord can be borrowed from our front desk area. Along with guest computer provided in our lobby.
Guest, our rates are live rates which generate based upon market, and can actively change based upon demand and occupancy. However, our typical weekend rates for any standard room with single or double occupancy would be around the price charged in your previous reservation.
